With Obsidian Dining & Catering, you will have the option for standard drop-off catering (menu coming soon), but the real treat is pulling up a seat and watching every aspect of your meal be prepared right in front of you. You'll get to witness first-hand everything that goes into meal prep and the cooking process itself. All of the chopping, slicing, dicing, chiffonading, sauteeing, baking. and grilling associated with your particular meal choice will be on full display. You can either choose to ask questions from the sidelines or throw on a cutting glove and jump into the fray! We only use fresh ingredients. No canned or previously frozen items will ever make their way onto your plate!
And the best part? You don't even have to leave your house! No socks, no shoes, no problem! You are well within your rights to enjoy one of, if not the best meals you've had in your life while still in your PJs! Or you can make it a formal event and compete for best-dressed of the evening!
